📍 1. Service Scope & Geographic Availability
Daily Basket operates direct hyper-local grocery fulfillment and doorstep delivery exclusively within designated municipal coverage areas across Dharwad, Karnataka. Orders outside our operational delivery zones cannot be accepted.
🛒 2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy
All prices listed on our platform are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Fresh produce (vegetables & fruits) are sourced daily and weight may slightly vary within permissible tolerances. In the rare event an item is out of stock during fulfillment, our team will promptly notify you or adjust your invoice.
💳 3. Payment Processing & Security
We offer secure Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments (UPI, RuPay/Visa/Mastercard Debit & Credit Cards, Netbanking) powered by Razorpay. We do not store your confidential banking passwords or credit card CVVs on our servers.
⚖️ 4. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dharwad, Karnataka.
